Delivery Time: Normally, videos are recorded and sent via email within 1-3 days.
If there is any issue with our shooting, we will redo it free of charge. If we shoot according to customer’s request and the customer is not satisfied, we will charge for a reshoot.
The blessing will be in accordance with the customer’s requirements. If you need to change the blessing, please contact us before recording. If the video is modified after the completion of the shooting, it will be considered as a reshoot and will be charged accordingly.
